Cath is a highly-motivated senior leader and culture champion with extensive experience within the financial services industry. Cath has proven expertise in forming and fostering successful, engaged and accountable teams which aim to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Cath joins Fisher Funds following six years with BNZ where she most recently held the position General Manager – People (Corporate) with a focus on driving talent, culture and diversity & inclusion. Cath has consistently optimised business operational performance in order to drive sales and improve customer service.
