Hobson Leavy is delighted to announce that Anita Hawthorne has been appointed as Group General Manager Sales and Service at Oceania Healthcare. In this newly created Executive role, Anita will be responsible for a range of customer experience and service delivery functions overseeing sales, marketing, and operations.
Anita has an extensive career, with over 20 years working with Air New Zealand, in a range of roles focusing on customer experience and operational outcomes, including most recently as Group General Manager Operations & Infrastructure. While in this role Anita was one of the top 11 executives leading the airline. She has delivered significant operational turnaround developing strategies across people, systems, and processes to ensure sustained operational performance.
She will play an integral role in building on Oceania’s successful customer driven strategy delivering enhanced services and exploring new initiatives to maximise resident experience for Oceania’s 4,000 residents.
