Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Wilshire as General Manager Business Performance for Northpower.
In a new role on the Northpower executive team, Andrew’s focus will be on ensuring Northpower has efficient systems, strong data analytics capability and robust processes, enabling the organisation to be a lean, efficient, high performing business. Andrew is an experienced executive with strong strategy and change management experience across many different sectors including financial services, aviation, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Andrew was most recently a Director at PwC, working with clients to review corporate strategy, digital disruption and set in place transformation agendas. Prior to this role Andrew worked in his own consulting business and has in the past also worked for IBM and Air New Zealand.
Andrew has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Auckland.
