We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Doyle as General Manager, People & Culture at Pan Pac Forest Products Ltd.
Kelly is a seasoned people and culture leader with a strong track record across the human resources spectrum, including people strategy, organisational change, talent, remuneration, employment relations, and health, safety and wellbeing. She brings extensive experience across New Zealand, Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States.
Most recently, Kelly was General Manager, People & Culture at Rockit Global, where she led the global people agenda as a member of the executive team. Prior to this, she held senior regional and national HR leadership roles with Liquibox Asia Pacific, DLA Piper, The Treasury, and Barclays Capital. Kelly is known for her commercial and pragmatic approach, strategic mindset and ability to deliver meaningful people outcomes in complex, multi‑site environments. She brings exceptional relationship‑building capability and a commitment to fostering positive employee experience, wellbeing, and culture.
