HOBSON LEAVY is delighted to confirm the appointment of Michael Brewster as Chief Executive Officer of Tiaki Wai Metro Water, the new organisation being established to take responsibility for three waters services in the metropolitan Wellington area from 1 July 2026.
Michael brings extensive experience across both the water and electricity sectors in Australia, including his time as Chief Executive of TasWater. He also served as Chief Executive for Entity D in the former Three Waters Reform programme in New Zealand. Michael is currently consulting privately from Perth and will relocate to Wellington in late February to take up the role.
