Darryl Jhinku is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and proven Audit & Risk Committee Chair with over 10 years of governance experience. Darryl brings strong commercial nous with executive experience as a Chief Financial Officer across a broad range of industries, and governance experience within the not-for-profit sector and for many leading NZ-owned entrepreneurial organisations.
