Eoin O’Grady is a seasoned capital markets professional with 19 years of experience in the financial services sector in the UK. Eoin is particularly experienced in the area of global capital markets, risk, hedging, liquidity, M&A, and core treasury functions. Eoin is originally from Ireland. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from University College Cork in Ireland in 2001.
Vincent Capital was established in 2017 and is a leading property financier specialising in development finance, bridging loans, vacant land acquisition funding and re-financing of existing mortgages. Vincent Capital is a shareholders funded non-bank lender, operating primarily in Auckland with some projects in Queenstown. The company focuses on investing in development of residential terraced houses and apartment blocks.
To date, Vincent Capital has been successfully investing in property development of affordable houses for New Zealanders.
