Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust has appointed Laurissa Cooney to the Board as a non-executive Director.
Laurissa’s current directorships include Accordant Group Limited, Air New Zealand Limited, Ngai Tai ki Tamaki and Tourism Bay of Plenty where she is also the Chair. Prior to these governance roles she was Chief Financial Officer of Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi. Her professional career has also included senior auditing and consulting roles with Deloitte. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) from Waikato University, is a Fellow of the Charted Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

Goodman (NZ) Limited has also announced that Independent Director Peter Simmonds will be retiring from the Board on 31 December 2020.
