Fees

Often executive search fees are arrived at in a very opaque manner. In keeping with our philosophy of transparency, we provide certainty around our fee structure.

We base all executive search fees on a percentage of the candidate’s projected first year remuneration. However, recognizing that fee certainty is also important to our clients if they are to accurately budget for recruitment costs, we also fix each fee at the outset. If the individual ultimately recruited is actually paid more than originally anticipated our fee does not change.

This fee is charged on a third/third/third basis; one third at the commencement of the search, one third on presentation and acceptance of shortlist and the final third on completion of the Assignment.

Unlike some recruiters, we do not charge an additional monthly expense amount. We believe our expenses should be borne by us, otherwise what is the fee for?
