Individual Due
Diligence Reports

Often organisations do not need or wish to retain an executive search firm to fill a particular vacancy. They may have uncovered a candidate through their own network who they feel “looks perfect”. They may be unwilling to pay recruitment fees and therefore willing to “settle” for a candidate who perhaps has approached them.

There is obviously a high degree of risk around this approach. To offer clients some peace of mind in this type of scenario Hobson Leavy will undertake an individual due diligence report. This involves:

  • Interviewing the candidate who is to be appointed, and providing a written report on them;
  • Undertaking three referee checks and providing a written report on these;
  • Psychometric testing;
  • Police, credit and media checks.

This service is available only to Hobson Leavy clients.
