General Manager, Finance

Our client is seeking to appoint an individual to join the executive team as General Manager, Finance. This role reports directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be CA qualified and have at least 10 years financial and management experience. They will be responsible for:
- Managing the company’s financial resources;
- Overview of the Company’s accounting systems;
- Payroll;
- Treasury;
- M&A and Corporate Advisory functions;
- Co-ordinating legal matters arising within the various companies.
It would be beneficial (but not essential) for the candidate to have a background in construction, infrastructure (or possibly professional services) thus giving them first hand experience of working in an industry where large contracts are at the heart of the business.

Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution

Customer Development Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role with the strategy and marketing team of one of New Zealand’s largest banks. The organisation is growing and has a strong vision as to its future strategy to capture increased market share.

Our client is now seeking to recruit a Finance Manager. Reporting to the CFO, the role of Finance Manager is crucial and is responsible for:
- Financial accounting and reporting;
- Treasury;

The role leads a small accounting team. The successful candidate will have proven people management experience and well developed interpersonal skills.
