International Associates

There is a considerable repository of talent in New Zealand. But at Hobson Leavy we recognise that some of this talent wishes to move offshore, and then subsequently return. And talented non-Kiwis can be enticed to these shores. International reach is therefore important to us. As our two founders have both worked in international markets (the US and the UK respectively) we have first-hand experience of both working offshore and also relocating to New Zealand.

We have drawn on this experience to establish an international network of Associate firms comprised of people we know and trust. It is not McDonalds – we do not aim to have a branch in every city. But we are strategically connected in all the key markets that matter to our clients and our candidates. Most importantly, these connections are with individuals like us; responsive, transparent, trustworthy and committed.
