Hobson Leavy is a different type of executive search firm. We aim to bring a transparency to an industry that prefers the lack of scrutiny that resides with operating in the shadows. Every stage of our search process is shared with client and candidate alike. As a client, if what you are seeking is unrealistic, we will tell you at the outset, not at the end.

As a candidate, if you are not right for a particular role we will tell you that, rather than simply ignoring your phone calls.

Our expertise is in high-touch recruitment: financial services, professional services and management positions in all other sectors. We will not be all things to all people; others cover that space well enough. If we cannot add value to you, as client or candidate, we will tell you that, rather than waste everyone’s time.

We build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, thereby allowing us to bring increasingly greater value in what we can offer. We take a long-term view.

We are not at the end of our careers and seeking to cash-in. We are building this business to last.
